Today is the full moon known as the Corn Moon. This lunar energy is great for taking stock of the things that are working in life and looking at the things that should be let go.
Hello, everyone! Today is the new moon leading up to the Flower Moon. It’s all about growth, beauty, and potential to me.
What do I want to grow in my life? What brings me the greatest sense of joy?
Right now, it’s all about my writing. I’m well into the first draft of an ambitious effort: my first full-length Department of Homeworld Security novel. Continue reading “The Flower Moon Begins to Bloom”
Looking back on my post for the new moon this month, I actually made a lot more progress than I realized! It’s the first day of Winter and we’re heading into the longest night of the year. We get a full moon tomorrow (the “Long Night’s Moon”), to boot!

Today is the full moon sometimes called the Harvest Moon. It’s a time to reap the benefits of all the hard work we’ve done, gathering the fruits of our labor in preparation for the colder months ahead.
Autumn is my favorite season, with Winter a close second. Knitting, writing, hot cocoa, and bundling up under soft blankets—these are all things I’m looking forward to. Continue reading “The Harvest Moon”
What I’m happy about this week: new projects.
