Happy First Day of October!
This is a month to celebrate. Not only does it hold Halloween, my second-favorite holiday, as well as cooler temperatures, tastier treats, and the promise of pulling out the knitting needles again, but this October is extra-special because Pets in Space® 4 is coming out this month!!!

Happy Autumn Equinox 2019!
Happy Autumn Equinox!
It’s the first day of my favorite season, Fall! The nights will start getting longer, the days hopefully will be cooler, and the leaves will soon begin revealing their true vibrant shades (do you remember those science lessons about the green color of chlorophyll masking a tree’s true colors? 💖🍁).

Happy New Year!
Happy New Year, everyone! Do you have exciting plans for 2019? I have a ton and a half of them, starting off with a secret formatting project I’m working on for one of my writing besties!

Joyous Solstice!
It’s the first day of Winter and we’re heading into the longest night of the year. We get a full moon tomorrow (the “Long Night’s Moon”), to boot!
I celebrate the darkness on this day as well as the return of the light. When I talk to the little ones in my life about darkness, I tell them there’s nothing to fear, because darkness is where Dream lives. We can paint anything on that inky void that we want—dragons, forests, urban mages, or yes, fear. The choice is ours. Continue reading “Joyous Solstice!”
Holiday Fun
