Gray Card has Launched!

I’m so thrilled that Gray Card launched today! I have many series in the works, and The Department of Homeworld Security is one of my favorites!

Cute SpaceshipThe novellas feature super-hot genetically engineered aliens who spend so much of their lives focusing on technology that they’ve lost touch with their bodies—until they encounter Earthlings eager to remind them of just how entertaining bodies can be 😉 The stories are lighthearted and fun.

So many awesome things are already happening surrounding Gray Card. RT Book Reviews chose its cover as one of their top ten for October! You can actually vote for your favorite among their list here:

Gray Card has been hanging in at around fourth place! The cover is by Syneca and absolutely captures the feel of the story.

I’m so excited about this series and have a lot more in store for you! The second novella, Resident Alien, is in final edits right now, and I’ll be submitting the third novella to my editor next week! And then it’s on to the next series arc, which is already coming together nicely. These books are so much fun to write. I hope you have just as much fun reading them!

You can buy Gray Card from Samhain Publishing‘s site or at Amazon.com 🙂

The Super-Secret Scifi Erotica Novella

I played this one close to the chest. Really close. But if you follow me on Twitter or check my Facebook page, you’ve undoubtedly seen me talking about “the super-secret scifi erotica novella”.

I love this story, these characters, and this new universe so much. Seriously.

But the novella itself is not serious. It is ridiculous. And that is kind of the point. I want people to be entertained and transported right from the moment they read the title and laugh (or groan) at the joke.

At long last, I present to you…Gray Card!

Gray Card Cover

It’s the story of a nerdgirl who finds out that her best friend is an alien whose time on Earth is almost up—and if she wants to keep hanging out with him, she has to marry him!

Get it? Gray Card? It’s like… Well, you get it. You’ve figured out by now that I absolutely adore puns, right? The cover is by Syneca and I absolutely love it.

This novella was so much fun to write! It’s very…adult (*ahem*) and as I mentioned, full of ridiculousness. And if you like it, there are two more planned for the series, both of which have equally awful—er, I mean awesome—puns for titles.

But you’ll have to wait for those—and the series title—a bit longer.

The Call – Part Two

I am so happy to announce that I have another piece coming out with Samhain Publishing in 2015! And I get to work on it with the amazing Holly Atkinson!

I’m still a bit in shock. This one is a science-fiction erotica novella. It’s not due out for a bit yet, so I’ll be saving the details till closer to publishing time, but I am over the moon excited about it! It was ridiculously fun to write, and I’m thrilled to be working with Holly and Samhain on another title!

I was standing next to my husband shortly after I received “the second call,” and I asked him, “How is this happening?” He looked at me like I was crazy, which triggered my memory. “Oh, right. I’ve been working my butt off for this for years.”

Hard work, great fun, and absolutely worth it.
