What I’m happy about this week: gaining momentum.
I’m working on so many projects right now, and making great progress. As great as those accomplishments feel, the best part is knowing that I’m building back up to that incredible momentum that helped me produce so many novels and novellas in the first year of my writing career.
Since then, I’ve picked up many new skills. Creating covers, formatting interiors, building print versions of my works. I’m putting them all to the test this month, with a release (or re-release) a week!
The most exciting news among this is that I have a brand-new release! My short story, “Leftovers”, was selected for the Riverdale Avenue Books Gone with the Dead Romance and Horror anthology! The anthology is being distributed at RT 2017 this year. That is…a really big deal for me… My piece mixes in horror elements with plenty (and I mean plenty) of romance. As soon as the anthology is available, I’ll let you know where you can pick up a copy <3
Wandering Soul is out as an ebook, with a print version soon to follow (and WOW did that cover turn out perfect). Crafting a Writer’s Life is now available in print as well, and it’s kind of adorable (and even more awesome than I remembered 🙂 ). Business or Pleasure is all lined up to release in less than a week! And I’m going to round out the month by re-releasing Whispering Hearts and Lingering Touch in digital and print <3
I’m hard at work making the new covers for Whispering Hearts and Lingering Touch (they’re so close!), and will be working to get everything linked up on Amazon so it’s easy for you to find what you’re looking for. It will feel so good to have all of my titles available again!
And, of course, I’m writing the next Department of Homeworld Security novella! It’s holding at around 14.5k, and I’m going to be doing a bit of editing before I finish it up. I’m going to dive straight into the next one, and still plan to do brand new novellas in June, July, and August. Wish me luck!
