When I did my first introduction of Mrs. Simpkins’s cats, I had this idea to do a countdown to the release day of Nothing to Declare, since that’s the book where they were introduced. I didn’t get the idea till six days before launch, so one cat was left out.
You can imagine, he’s pretty Grumpy about it 😆
Siamese are another of my favorite breeds. I had the lovey-est, dopey-est Siamese cat. He was the best pet ever! When I saw this picture, I knew this guy had to be Dopey 💖
I adore black cats. I’ve had several in my life and knew that Mrs. Simpkins’s clowder wouldn’t feel complete to me unless she had one. Meet Happy!
Meet the newest member of Mrs. Simpkins’s kitty family, Sleepy. While most kittens are little balls of energy, Sleepy is often found napping anywhere and everywhere. 💖
Sneezy is another fluffy cat in Mrs. Simpkins’s clowder. Sneezy is slowing down as she gets older, but still loves to be with all her friends.
Doc is another of Mrs. Simpkins’s cats. I love how fluffy she is!
