I’m one of those writers who does best with an outline. I had the next Cygnian 7 book, Dorn, all figured out, but when I started writing it… Let’s just say it wasn’t working out. To the point that I cut the 7k that I had written on the story. That’s never fun for an author.
I went back to the drawing board and revamped almost everything about the story, started on an outline and some new words, and things are now moving forward full speed ahead. I recently passed the 10k mark!
The story is going in a new direction that I absolutely love, and it’s all outlined and ready to go. I’ll keep you updated as things progress.💙
